Lee Adcock - November 2016
Sorry, guys - due to an incredible pile of projects on my plate this month, November's show will be truncated to two hours instead of the usual three. But that's a-OK, because this is quite possibly the craziest feast of music you've ever heard from yours truly.
When I say there's "slabs of noise", I mean real gelatin salad amoebas, courtesy of Neck Vs. Throat and David Birchall & Colin Webster.
When I say there's "jangly stuff", I mean there's beautiful golden bread rolls from Jock Gang and Magana.
When I say "electronic pop", I mean that scrumptious cake that Katie Gately brought (and EVERYONE'S asking her for the recipe). There's not one, but TWO new Wedding Present tracks, because they're so wildly different (and brilliant) that I couldn't just stop at one.
The sublime Canadians at Constellation dropped this fantastic 3-LP package last month, so they've brought a sampler of each. Oh, and did we mention Kristin Hersh, Goat, or His Name Is Alive all have new albums to air out, too? Or that HHBTM has uncovered a lost 90s masterpiece from Clem Snide?
Yeah. This spread is nuts. You've just gotta try everything.

Mark Whitby - November 2016
We've got a cracking session from Chuck this month. His recent album is one of many releases that have perked up the transition into autumn this year and we feature a load more in the show too, including a new single from Kristin Hersh, a cracking 12" from Ant'lrd, something from the brilliant new Katie Gateley album and a humdinger of a B-side from The Use.
A number of our favourite labels have hit rich periods of form too. We've got tracks from a couple of Kythibong albums, the same from Odd Box and Philophobia and three from Small Bear, while Asphalt Tango hit us with another stunning release from Kottarashky & The Rain Dogs.
This month's featured compilation is the #More In Common - Hope Not Hate album, a collection that's welcome for far more reasons than the quality of its content. You can hear four tracks of the album's 95 tracks (yes, 95) during the show and pick up a copy for a minimum cost of a fiver at https://hopenothate.bandcamp.com/releases. Needless to say, all proceeds go to the Hope Not Hate charity.

Pete Jackson - November 2016
Two unusual things occur in Pete's November show: At around 98 minutes in, he fails to explain why the Goat track he's just played does not appear on the recent album Requiem (it's a re-recording of the opening track and was released as a single through Bandcamp), and at roughly the 27 minute mark you'll hear the broadcasting debut of Pete's 7-year-old son Lucas.
The music, however is at least as spectacular as usual - there's show debuts from Nasty Nasty, The Love Coffin and Giant Burger, the welcome return of favourites Dead Sea Apes, Manwel T and the aforementioned Goat, and Pete shares the station's love for the #hopenothate compilation album, along with some selected cuts from the second volume collections from Liverpool Psych Fest and Killed By Deathrock.
One final warning - the show does contain some Nudity.

Rocker - November 2016
No sessions this month, but a selection of tracks from a featured album - the wonderful #More In Common compilation from Hope Not Hate - getting a few spins across Dandelion Radio shows this month.
There's also new tracks from Hard Left; Braindead; Vital Idles; Pete Green; Personal & The Pizzas; The Haywains; The Proper Ornaments; Camp Shy; The Drain On The Balcony; The Hundredth Anniversary; The Wedding Present; Rainbow Reservoir; Planet Jazz; The Bellamys; The Charlie Tipper Conspiracy; Scott & Charlene's Wedding and Private Interests.
There's electronica from Asten; Alyne; Tiga remixed by Jonas Rathsman; Solee; and The Orb, in fact several Peel favourites crop up this month in addition to the Orb - including Laura Cantrell; Datblygu; 808 State and Diagram Brothers' erstwhile trumpet player Andy Diagram, in his new guise as Spaceheads.
This month's Peel's Big 45 features a Dutch band from 1971, while this month's Educating Elizabeth track is for a change a brand new soul record.
As well as little known acts, here's a little known fact: In case you've spent decades wondering what Welsh band Datblygu's name means, it translates into English as 'Development'.

Sean Hocking - November 2016
There are two shows from me this month. For this one, my regular show, we are almost at the end of the year so only one more month to play great new 2016 music.
Somewhat sad, really, as this year has been very good for new music. It's been a long time since I've felt really positive about new music from the UK and especially England.
From London we feature rockers The Kumari and English psych hip hop bod Daijvhs.
We've also got some silly covers on this show because of course you want to hear The Cure cover Purple Haze and Rowland S Howard cover Mr Idol's "White Wedding"!
There's lots and lots more but I can't remember it all as I'm now buried in preparing you some fabulous xmas shows.
Listen out for my other show - a one hour special to celebrate Bob Dylan being awarded a Nobel prize.

Sean Hocking's Literary Masterpiece - November 2016
As we all know the moody one won a certain Swedish prize last month and has done his normal trick of not speaking or mentioning it for weeks.
That's not going to stop us at Ring of Fire for saying thank you to the Nobel committee. I know a lot of people were hoping that Roth would win but as he has basically written the same novel since the late 50s whereas Dylan has only been releasing the same album since the late 80s we'll go with the gong for Bob.
Then again the Nobel committee might have given it to the wrong Bob ... maybe it should have been a Tuff Gong (apologies for bad Dad punning) for the other Bob!
As always I digress.
We've got an hour of songs that makes mention of Tagore, Graham Greene, Milton, Camus & Kipling amongst others. Hope that makes you as happy as it makes us.
Listen out for my regular show as well somewhere else in the schedule.
