Mark Whitby - October 2017
More than half of this month's music comes from artists we've never featured in the show before and that includes Circus World who make their debut with a fine exclusive session. Also making their first appearance are the likes of Discolor World, Blu Shorts, Scrivener and Antonio De Braga, while we also feature a track from Serafina Steer's brilliant new project, Bas Jan.
Among those who aren't show virgins, we've got a new single from the wonderful Madonnatron, something from the new Nine Tons EP, a track from the debut album from Hologram Teen, the recent Burial 10 incher and something from the new Godspeed You! Black Emperor album.
This month also marks the fiftieth anniversary of the birth of the Peel Session, so our Peel Back...section of the show duly features a session track from the Top Gear of 1 October 1967 along with tunes from the Peel shows of thirty and forty years ago this month. Sadly, we're also forced to commemorate the recent passing of two majestic figures from that period: Holger Czukay and Grant Hart.

Pete Jackson - October 2017
As the nights draw in, we'll keep you warm with a great new session from Istanbul Hippodrome, rubbing their young shoulders against stalwarts like The Fall, Mogwai, The Paris Angels, Public Service Broadcasting and The Wedding Present, who present something familiar in a new kind of way, a theme followed through by The Night Programme (formerly known as Dementio13) new solo and collaborative works from Richard Quirk (of Sandfingers, Twice Dead and The Chasms fame), and a big new tune from the Liverpool PsychFest faves currently known as Bonnocons Of Dust.
There's also a new contender for best act name in town (and producer of a ridiculously good tune to open the show) Roy Of The Ravers.

Rocker - October 2017
A packed three hour show, including new tracks from Flowers; CTMF; The Cravats; Holiday Ghosts; Gavin Osborn & The Comment Section; Billy Bragg; Diet Cig; Jon Langford's Four Lost Souls; English Electric; Amanda Palmer; Proto Idiot; Lisa Bouvier; Alvvays; American Everymen; Terry Malts; JD Meatyard; Sunshine & The Rain; and Mammoth Penguins & Friends.
There's a couple of interesting collaborations - Courtney Barnett teams up with Kurt Vile (well with those names they had to didn't they?), and ex-Chasm Richard Quirk teams up with Stephen Kerrison.
There's electronica from Four Tet; Etapp Kyle; James Holden & The Animal Spirits; Burial remixed by Kode9; and The XX remixed by their own Jamie XX.
This month's Rocker's Shellac Attack is a 78RPM Calypso 10".
As well as little known acts, here's this month's little known fact: Grant Hart's debut solo single 2541 was named after the house at 2541 Nicollet Ave, Saint Paul, MN, now demolished, where the members of Hüsker Dü lived and rehearsed in the early days of the band.

Sean Hocking - October 2017
This month this show sounds like I'm broadcasting from somewhere in the Hindu-Kush in 1947 due to stupidly leaving my microphone at home before getting on a plane ... that said, you get more music and less chatter so that has to be a good thing.
So what do we have for your ears this month. The third and latest single from one of my favourite new UK bands, Psycho Comedy. Another corker from them with the rich vein of Liverpool running through their genes. Dreamherbs, London and probably the UK's loudest band at the moment, if you like Blue Cheer chucked in the washing machine with the Melvins this is for you.
New tracks from the DMX crew, Shackleton who just churns out great releases after great release. Nice to hear a new release from a Felice brother too. This time it's Ian the lead singer of the Felice Brothers with his debut solo album. We're also quite taken by newbies, The Bomber Jackets and UK rapper Strange U who has a refreshing take on lyrical content.
Oldies this month come from Thomas Leer, I can never tire of Private Plane. Also Australia's most un PC band the Cosmic Psychos and yes I apologise but the chorus of "Trump , Trump, Trump" in The Toy Dolls' "Nellie The Elephant" means it just had to be included in the show.
Thanks for listening and back next month with a proper microphone!

Trev - October 2017
Hello, I'm Trev from Odd Box Records and this is my first show for Dandelion Radio. On my debut show I've tried to cram in as much new music as I can - you can expect new stuff from The Shifters, Crumbs, Hype Williams, French Vanilla, Stephanie Goodman, A I W A, Basic House, Jock Tears, Grey Hairs and many many more.
The featured artist this month is The Jesus and Mary Chain - who are currently on tour in the UK so we get three songs from the band including one from their current LP Damage and Joy. I've also picked three songs from my label this month, where we revisit releases from One Happy Island and Tyrannosaurus Dead and I also play and exclusive song from a forthcoming release from Suggested Friends.
