Andy crams a whopping 39 tunes into his 3-hour August show, featuring the 'Lord Numb Love-In 2', following on from the first guest appearance in May 2011, with three sessions from Lord Numb, his associate Spidersleg and The Reject Club - the name under which both acts collaborate. New music includes 2:54, Scuba, Spoek Mathambo, Savages, Totally Extinct Enormous Dinosaurs, Human Don't Be Angry, Breton, Pure Love and Madeon; there's three Andy's Old Chestnuts from 1982, 1984 and 1987; plus a brilliant 12" New Order jukebox selection from 1989.

Gareth Main - August 2012
It might not be healing of the Marvin Gaye variety, but there's something undeniably sexual about the funky masterwork that opens this month's Dandelion show by Gareth Main. Taken from the 1968 Lady in Cement OST - recently reissued on Harkit.
Don't worry though, that only prepares the patient for a brutal tearing open via the noise of Ancient Methods' remix of Delusions from Spain's Ballistic label and thrashing guitars of Ty Segall off US label In the Red. Elsewhere in this jam-packed hour is funk from Poland via xRob Black, the UK's best dub record possibly ever from Bristol's Gorgon Sound, a 15-year-old producer from Leeds by the name of Happa, flute dub badness from Sweden's Doobiesound and feminist witch burning electronics from The Eccentronic Research Council.
The highlight of this month's show is a first play from the brilliant second LP from Woodpecker Wooliams, which closes the fantastically titled The Bird School of Being Human LP, coming out through Robot Elephant.

Two hours of guitar-heavy mayhem this month, preparing for the Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedlia by playing tracks by four of the participants, including one from the excellent new Baltic Fleet album. Elsewhere, there's more bluegrass madness from The Black Twig Pickers, new psychedlia from White Manna and old psychedlia from Spectrum, some rip-roaring rhthym and blues from 1963 and tunes you can whistle from Cold Flesh Colony, Dusty Mush and Space Fuckers.

This month's Peel's Big 45 is a Brumbeat rarity from 1967, whilst also from 1967 is this month's Educating Elizabeth 7", another Northern Soul classic.
As well as little known acts, here's a little known fact: Jon Lord, Deep Purple's organ player who died last month aged 71, played keyboards on the Kinks' 1964 hit "You Really Got Me" as a session musician.

Welcome back to Hong Kong Garden. We've got some new releases out of Asia for you this month including two tracks off the 2nd album from The Cambodian Space Project, "Not Easy Rock n Roll". From Hong Kong we have The Yours who took over 7 years to get their debut album out ... no wonder it's called "The Way We Were"; we feature two tracks off this debut released by local HK label, Lona Records.
Talking about new from China we also have Shanghai based Reykjavictim. We're not sure of his provenance as they say in the Art World. All we know is that he's currently based in Shanghai has one of the best names we've heard for ages and makes a fairly unholy noise and all by himself too.
We have our usual cast of favourites from the US West Coast, White Fang & Thee Oh Sees appear to be making every show. We hope we aren't boring you!
Last but not least Adamski is back. Nothing to do with Hong Kong or anywhere in the Pacific region but he's always been loved even if that white tracksuit look was a bit out of order (even in the late 80's). As he says in his first record for ages "I Like It".
