Brownbutter - September 2021 Brownbutter's September show is a pizza. A very large, very tasty pizza. It lasts four hours and there are rumors of a Michelin star. Maybe a Michigan bar. It is possible that it's actually just the 1983 film Mr. Mom starring Michael Keaton and Teri Garr. "'People don't change,' that's what they say" is what Anika says in the show opener, "Change", but she, along with 53 other songs in this four hour mastadon of a pizza, asserts "I think we can learn, I think we can change." Mr. Mom agrees.

Gareth Jones - September 2021 Gareth's September show brings a packed two hours of new releases and forgotten classics. There's electro galore including new tracks from second albums by audiobooks and Alice Hubble. There's also Spaghetti Western anthems from Shannon and the Clams and Shattercones. 'Secret Songs from the Sixties' brings two cuts from the new Trunk Records compilation 'Do What You Love', to mark the label's 25th anniversary. Leo Gilbert - September 2021 Leo maxes out on music from all over the wonderful continent of Africa in his four-hour September show, with tunes from Niger, Kenya, Libya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania and Morocco featuring Mc Yallah, Mdou Moctar, Les Filles de Illighadad, Ahmed Fakroun, Moonchild Sanelly and many others. He also manages to squeeze in a track from Paul Rooney's wonderful new album and a new single from Jangly Mark, two tunes from Sault, two from Damon Locks & Black Monument Ensemble, and a handful of new songs from big-hitters such as Dry Cleaning, IDLES, Low and Porridge Radio. Possibly the most intriguing tune is a Spanish reworking of a 1978 Elvis Costello song that brought memories of Leo's youth flooding back. And there is so much more besides. Unmissable? You bet!
