Brownbutter - September 2022
Brownbutter is celebrating September by wearing suspenders, which his little sister used to refer to as "smumbembers". He's not actually wearing suspenders, but if you see his photo, feel free to draw them on him.
This month's 4-hour show features new music from Tau & the Drones of Praise, Say She She, The Beths, Little Dragon, Wet Tuna (not to a Wet Leg/Hot Tuna supergroup), Sun's Signature, and Namir Blade, among many others, plus a sizzler of a Temptations cover, some gems from Grizzly Bear, Black Tambourine, and the Grifters, and another dazzler from Pneumatic Tubes.

Rocker - September 2022
There are two shows from Rocker this month. This one plus a special tribute to Lamont Dozier.
One is two hours, including new tracks from Martha; Karen; Big Joanie; David Lance Callahan; Nervous Twitch; Ikebe Shakedown; The Chesterfields; Ree-Vo; Mimi & The Miseries; Cosmit; Mousefolk; Jeremy Gluck and Paul Hazel; Let's Whisper; Los Blancos; Cannonball Statman; Piston Dreams; Mo Troper; Blue Orchids; and Breakup Haircut.
There are several tracks this month seeing a vinyl release for the first time, including those from The Reds, Pinks and Purples; The Loving Paupers; and Dandelion Radio faves The Chasms.
There's electronica from Shlomi Aber; Gru Jaiman; and ANNA feat. Ravid.
This month's Rocker's Shellac Attack is a 1949 release out of Kansas City, while this month's Educating Elizabeth record is a new release on the Daptone record label.
As well as little known acts, here's a little known fact: Spinach consumption in the USA increased by around 30% in the 1930s due to the popularity of the cartoons featuring Popeye The Sailor Man.

We lost the great Lamont Dozier last month. Rocker presents an additional show - a one hour tribute to the man who, as part of the Holland-Dozier-Holland team, helped create the Motown sound.
Berry Gordy modelled his family of record labels on the motorcar factories that brought prosperity to his native Detroit, and Holland-Dozier-Holland were arguably the greatest of his sound designers.
Between them the team wrote more US number one records than any other songwriters.

Sean Hocking - September 2022
Thanks as always for listening to Bottom of the Pops on Dandelion Radio.
This month a two hour show covering a gamut of new release we've come across recently.
We've got a new 3 track 7" form Sydney synth punks, Gee Tee who are one of my favourite bands at the moment.
A new US discovery Breanna Barbara who comes across as a perfect melding of Lana Del Ray & Polly Harvey. It's really early days yet with a couple of EPs and one album under her belt but if what she's released so far is any indication of what's coming next I'm going to be a long term fan.
Also excited to hear there's a new album on the way from Irish duo, Rezo. Their debut last year (or was it 2020?) is an ongoing favourite and if this first single off the forthcoming album is anything to go by the second album is going to be a corker too.
We feature plenty of artists that we've played in the past with recent releases including Vitalic, The Comet Is Coming, Salem Trials, Sir Robert Orange Peel, The Warheads (Adelaide) & a Koreatown Oddity.
Oldies come care of The Kids who hate old DJ's - that's me in trouble them! The Monoliths who really don't like Oasis and Belle & Sebastian's Stars of Track & Field, yes I watched some of the Commonwealth Games on the telly.
Oh and I'm having a Palmbolmen moment too... he hasn't released anything new but I'm more than satisfied by the back catalogue.

Thomas Blatchford - September 2022
The Thomas Show for September begins with the beautiful opening song off the new Australian Art Orchestra album, then gives a wave to Olivia Newton-John (via Juliana Hatfield and Zargon) as she disappears in the big pink Cadillac to the sky.
There's new gems off hot incoming albums from Animistic Beliefs, June Jones, Jennifer Loveless and Loveboner, two heaters off the recent Garden Seat compilation, a 2022 extended version of a classic (in my house, anyway) by People Like Us and Ergo Phizmiz, and the final treasure left in the world by Ostraaly.
