Andrew Morrison - October 2023 Andy's October show comprises 60 minutes of great music both new and old. There are recent releases from Stain Of Light, Epic45, R. Missing, Cherry Glazerr, Aphex Twin, and Slowdive, plus two brand new singles from the ever brilliant Tired Cossack. Andy marks the 19th anniversary of the death of the BBC DJ that inspired Dandelion Radio by playing a 1991 John Peel session version of a track by Liverpool's The Farm. Also, Andy's favourite ever album, New Order's 'Substance' is getting a welcome remaster and reissue in November, so he plays a rare dub mix from 1987 that will feature on one of the bonus discs of the 4 CD expanded edition.

Mark Cunliffe - October 2023 No sessions again BUT I do have a featured artist. This producer from Osaka in Japan was new to me but I was bowled over by what I heard on his SoundCloud and knew I had to feature three tracks from him. His name is Amekaze Hanako-syokudo and I don't actually know an awful lot about him other than he makes rather good music. The rest of the show is made up of lots of what you might expect. There is a track off the new album from Steven Adams and DJ Manny comes at us with a track of his usual footwork and then another of more of a drum and bass leaning. The artist formally known as Slivington Projects and now know as Sliv 8k serves us up some fire. Sumgii has reworked MF DOOM and Westside Gunn to great effect and there's more from Grooveclowd, GrevusAnjl, Pantomime Riot and Oak City Slums. Overall, it's another bumper three hour effort, if you're happy to give it a try?

Thomas Blatchford - October 2023 Well it's October already, proof if proof were needed that the years start coming and they, indeed, do not stop coming. So it's the season to select some of the sharpest tools in the shed, specifically new ones from Gut Health, Pearl Bay, Cloe Terare, Naretha Williams, Haruka Salt, and more. You'll hear some epic grand organ work from Taipan Tiger Girls, recorded at Melbourne's magnificent Town Hall, as part of their astonishing gig there back in 2017. The recording has been released to raise money for band member Ollie Olsen's ongoing medical costs, as he was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy last year, a condition for which there is currently no cure.

X-Ray Moon - October 2023 This month X-Ray Moon presents another eclectic show of devastatingly original new tracks interspersed with a few well-timed long-since-forgotten oldies. Jah Wobble beckons us to board his double-decker London bus with his new track: '14 Towards Putney Heath'. The quintessentially Welsh destroyer of musical norms and conventions, Gruff Rhys, presents us with one his new offerings 'The Brain and the Body'; London-based duo Kit Sebastian are a wonderfully atmospheric jazz-cum-psychedelic influenced group. Some of the: oh-I never-heard-that-at-the-time section includes groups such as Styntryggur, a group that included Bjork's former drummer, as well as - and beginning Moon's whole set - a Die Krupps industrial-cum-Krautrock classic.
