A mammoth record of 20 shows spanning 45 hours for June - in celebration of our 20th birthday. br> Simon joins in with his first show since 2009 and we have the first part of a 'documentary' looking back over our history.
Found this place through the Half Man Half Biscuit website. It certainly does remind me of listening to Peel last century. Keep up the good work.
Admin reply: Thanks - that is the vibe that we are going for

Having been introduced to Dandelion by friend and presenter Emma Reed, I am amazed it's taken me 20 years to find you. Amazing programminmg. The legacy of John Peel is being extraordinarily well upheld, and it would be an honour to interview a DR representative for TQ zine. Such an interview would appear in a future special issue championing Radio/ Wireless/Airwaves
Andy
Admin reply: Thanks Andy. We will be in touch very soon.

I've just been pointed towards Dandelion Radio by TQ Zine head honcho Andy - what a beautiful website and I very much look forward to exploring. Thank you for all that yous do!
Admin reply: Thanks to you and Andy. Not sure that “beautiful” is the right term though. We know it needs to be made more mobile friendly and modernised a bit … but it does its job of presenting what is on and info about the artists.
I'm going to be very honest: Dandelion Radio has become my goto music wherever. I don't even use my collection anymore, I just switch on here.
Driving? Bluetooth dandelion. Home? HiFi dandelion. Waking up? Coffee Dandelion.
Thank you all so much for making these shows, allowing to follow what's up in music without being spoon fed mainstream musac.
Admin reply: Thanks a lot for your comments. Keep your batteries well charged for June as we have a record 45 hours of shows.

Hope you guys realise just how good your station and presenters are. I've been listening in for more years than I care to remember.(I'm 73 years old today)There's always something special to listen to and excellent music that I probably wouldn't be able to hear elsewhere. I don't know how you do it,but what you're doing is fantastic. JP would be so proud!
Admin reply: Thanks Rick.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the wonderful Dandelion DJs for sharing their top 10 albums in the newsletter. Love this time of year for catching up on music that I've missed. Roll on the Festive 50 and Merry Christmas!
Admin reply: Thanks for the original suggestion. That should sort out your festive listening!

Long-time listener. Loving the new experimental formats with the newsletter. I have a request .... Growing up in the 1980s, Christmas was all about the festive-50 and the NME end of year album chart. I would love to have a readers album chart, but appreciate that would be a lot of work. However, would it be possible for the Dandelion DJs to give us their top ten fav long-players of the year on the newsletter? Always good to see what I've missed during the year. Thanks.
Admin reply: Thanks for your feedback. We do usually have a "best of the year" show in January ... but putting something extra in the newsletter is a good idea. Might not be all the DJs though - December it is a busy time for us.
