There is sugar from The Unstoppable Sweetie Show, Spice from The Wokerati Party, cherries from Ibibio Sound Machine 's new album Chopping Mountain, Nuts from the Netherlands in the shape of Naga Kirana and a secret ingredient from Earth Mother Fucker, all stirred up by Victor Jones. Don't touch the oven, it's a Potential Death trap.

There's minimal chat from Emma this month as she celebrates Black History Month by making way for some of her favorite recent offerings from across the globe.
Including two acts from the rosta of this year's Decolonise festival in the shape of Silver Tabby and Hang Linton, Brazillian energy from Índio da Cuíca, curious sound art from Elliot Reed (no relation), surprising yet traditional folk tunes from Oman Bagpipe Singers and Kucwiny Theatre Industry, and possibly her favourite new discovery Sudan Archives.
There's a track from KINACT who are part band, part arts and crafts upcycling performance art, romantic kalimba from Dawuna and a slice of pure joy from Msindaba Jazz Band.

Biography:
I have been organising gigs in my local area and beyond for thirty years, and since uni have hosted a string of radio shows. I am passionate about strange music which
doesn't fit neatly in boxes and am a founding member of Culture as a Dare which was a live show, radio show, and then under COVID a series of YouTube festivals. We ran for approximately 15 years until ill health grounded me somewhat.
I am also a musician and I have appeared in the Festive 50 ( a good few years ago), I have played in folk bands, indie pop ensembles, experimental soundtracking projects and an electronic noise band as well as studying jazz and classical. I worked as a music teacher and usually curate a stage at Leigh Folk Festival.
I will play anything which surprises and delights me.
