On my show this month:
This month on Offbeat, it's the usual selection of music from around the world (eg. Branko Mataja or Nubiyan Twist ), as well as music from the past (eg. Jack White or Moving Sidewalks) and present (eg. Brad Barr and Face The West). A nippy little one-hour show, packed with tunes from off the beaten track!
On the show NEXT month:
Calum stuffs a stack of new (and newish) releases into the show this week from rock to world to jazz and back again from the curiousness of The Burning Hell , the European interestingness of Hector Zazou and Nýr Gata to progressive British music of all kinds from Little Simz to Tony Valentino. It's an hour of music from off the beaten track, so tune in and give your ears a treat!

Biography:
My name's Calum Carlyle, and I hail from the idyllic Orkney islands,
where I grew up in the misty days of the twentieth century. I've been
listening to, playing, writing and recording music of all sorts since
as long as I can remember. Now as a seasoned adult, living in the
bustling city of Edinburgh, I continue to create and consume music as
much as my free time allows. I've been in several bands and music
projects over the years, and for a few years I've also been a music DJ
on the community radio station "Spanish Rock Shot Radio". An avid
Dandelion Radio listener from the very start, and of course an avid
listener of John Peel before that, it's a privilege to now be able to
play the music I love on Dandelion Radio.
